Basics of citing journal articles, books and book chapters.The OWL program at Purdue has some excellent instructional guides, among them this guide to APA explaining and showing examples for formatting a research paper and citation styles.
Many electronic journals do not have actual page numbers - - they provide an "article number" instead of page numbers.
In APA Style - here is an example of how to cite it:
